Rowen's first short film, Marsha! - a comedy about the darker sides of sibling rivalry - screened at several prestigious festivals, including the Napa Valley, Santa Barbara Int’l, and Lower East Side Film Festivals. Rowen was subsequently hired to direct a new short film for Pardus Productions, called The Innocent Butler, featuring Ron Perlman, which will soon begin its festival run.
Rowen recently worked closely with the great director, Monika Mitchell, on an upcoming Netflix movie starring Alyssa Milano. Rowen assisted and shadowed Monika. The movie is slated to release in the fall of 2021.
